Go to your Dashboard->Tools->Export and export a file from this blog. Then on the new blog go to Dashboard->Tools->Import and import there.

thanks raincoaster for the reply,but it’s not the blog I want to transfer it;s the fruitaddicts.com website …dashboard at fruitaddicts.com/wp-admin/index.php
that I need to access,but the old host has taken it down and are not return my requests for copy.

WordPress.COM has nothing to do with your site – it was a WordPress.ORG install – if you can’t make nice with your old host you can try Google and other search engines and see what their cache’s have.

Good luck with the host. Last client of mine that had to get a database copy on a dead account ended up having to pay $250 for them to dig it out of old archive backups.
