I changed my password and now can't get into my blogs/websites

  I have 3 websites that I am still working on. They are : http://www.helenbooks.wordpress.com, http://www.helenarmstrongart.wordpress.com, and http://www.johnarmstrongartist.wordpress.com.I have an email from 2 years ago, that says Activate account. will that help to identify me?
