  The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites with us, and this forum thread is the first time you’ve ever contacted our support – you would only be able to get to live chat support if you owned a paid plan already. We also don’t have anyone called Ivelin on our support team, so I think you were speaking to someone at another hosting provider.
