  I have not used the website for months and when I tried to login yesterday it would not accept my password. I went password reset which asked for username or email. I entered my email
  (email visible only to moderators and staff) and a new password and logged in immediately. However it does not let me login since

  I wasn’t able to open the site at the domain you mentioned: http://nerjadaytours.co.uk/

  That domain isn’t linked to a WordPress.com account, and I don’t see any sites linked to your WordPress.com username sheilagard. Did you set up the site here at WordPress.com or with a different website host?

  Also, please keep in mind that these are public support forums. Please do not post your password publicly or share it with others. (The support staff here will never ask you for your password.)
