  Hi there.
  I created a unique domain via bluehost and now want to close this account but I am concerned that if I do that, it will affect my new site

  The site I need help with is parallelmanagement.wordpress.com.

  If your site is on Bluehost, that means you’re using the WordPress software from https://wordpress.org

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  It is safe to close your WordPress.com account without affecting the WordPress.org site: https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/
