I created my domain at WordPress.com, but it isn't working. What can I do?

I registered a new domain at WordPress.com: coracaodepano.com.br. It has already been billed at my credit card and the “App Store -> My Domains” area recognizes the domain. I defined it as my blog’s primary domain. But when I surf to http://www.coracaodepano.com.br, it isn’t working. Would you help me, please? Thank you so much!

Did you have coracaodepano.com.br registered elsewhere and were you trying to map it to WordPress.com? Or were you trying to register it as a new domain?

rootjosh, thank you so much for answering. I registered it as a new domain. It didn’t exist so far. So I bought it in the “My domains” section from WordPress.com. I went through all the steps on aug 18 2014.

So, despite what the system told you, it appears that domain had already been registered at another registrar previously.
My apologies for the mixup, I will look into seeing why that happened. In the meantime I have refunded your payment and added enough credits into your WordPress.com account for a free domain registration.
