I deleted a blog. I wanted to create another by same name. Is that possible?

    I created a blog a month ago but then deleted it. I wish to create blog with the same name again. Is that possible in any way? When I enter the same name, it tells me that the blog address is unavailable,

    No, it is not possible. That is why the warnings when you delete it say deletion is permanent and irreversible, and neither you nor anyone else can ever use that URL again.
