    I deleted my site by mistake in attempts to transfer my site to another site builder, please can it be restored ASAP?

    Hi there,

    If you’ve recently deleted your website, and you think you did mistake or error then it can be reversed by contacting support Staff or Happiness Engineer.

    Can you please tell us the URL for your site or make sure you’re logged in from the same WordPress.com account from which site was made?

    So you are trying to get back the custom domain you cancelled, not to restore the WordPress.com site you deleted.

    I’ve emailed our domain provider to restore the cancelled domain. I’ll let you know as soon as they reply.

    In order for you to have access to the domain’s settings it needs to be connected to a WordPress.com site in your account – even if you want to transfer it we’ll first need to reconnect it to a site or you won’t be able to access the transfer option.

    Can we restore your deleted site, emmanuelkann.wordpress.com, for this purpose, or would you prefer to create a new empty site? If the second option, please create a new free site at https://wordpress.com/start/site/ and reply here with its address.

    Our registrar has restored your domain, and it’s in your account again, but as I explained yesterday, you won’t be able to do anything with it until it’s reconnected to a WordPress.com site.

    Can you please confirm if we should restore your deleted site, emmanuelkann.wordpress.com, or create a new site to which we can link the domain?

    It looks like we’ve already restored the deleted site via the email ticket you’d also submitted, so you should now see that site and the domain listed in the My Sites dashboard again.

    You will need to verify the domain again before it will work. I’ve just resent a verification email. It will arrive from sales[at]secureserver.net.

    It was sent to the Yahoo address you have listed in your domain contact information, which is different from the email address you’re using for your WordPress.com account. If you need to update that email address, you can do so from My Site ->Domains:
