I deleted the blog and need REFUND

  I created a blog with you with the address lfbpimenta.wordpress.com which was activated via free premium trial period of WordPress.com. But then you charged me $99 today for premium and immediately I deleted the blog.

  Since the blog is deleted I can’t choose the refund option anymore in the dropdown list of my account.

  I need my money refunded as fast as possible.
  I need help to save me time. I don’t want to call my bank.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I just canceled that WordPress.com Premium upgrade for you and issued a full refund. (Please note it can sometimes take up to 10 days for refunds to appear on your bank statement. Your bank can help if you have any questions about when the refund will be processed and appear there.)

  Well, if you could be patient enough to give me a quick step-by-step direction in how to upload a themeforest template which I bought on envatomarket I would, for sure, reconsider paying for the premium benefits once again.

  Hi Luiz,

  Themes purchased elsewhere can’t be uploaded to sites hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted sites running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org if you’re curious about that.

  If you’d like to see if that theme is available here at WordPress.com, you can browse all of the available themes in our theme showcase. I can also help you with that if you let me know which theme you purchased there.

  Otherwise, you may be better off setting up a self-hosted WordPress site instead of using WordPress.com. That way, you’ll be able to upload the theme you purchased.
