I did not receive my Transfer Code!

    Trying to unlock and move my website domain of “wishingparks.co”

    I have tried multiple times to get “We have sent the transfer authorization code to the domain registrant’s email address. If you don’t receive the email shortly, please check your spam folder.”

    and never got an email.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    What email address are you checking?

    The domain transfer code is sent to the admin contact email address you provided when you registered the domain, and I see the admin email for wishingparks.co is not the same as the email address for your WordPress.com account.

    You can check what email address is associated with your domain at My Site ->Manage ->Domains, under Contacts and Privacy after you click on the domain.

    I can confirm we’ve sent several emails to that address, and they were successfully delivered. If you don’t see them, make sure to check the spam folder. You can also try searching your inbox for anything from the address, (email visible only to moderators and staff)
