i did not see this credit on my credit card statement

    i have not been credited the $300 on my account.. i no longer want the wordpress and canceled it .. i did recieve a message it would be credited .. here is the number [redacted]

    I can see we issued the refund on June 15. You can see a receipt for the refund here:

    Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
