I did not take backup of the my wordpress blog before moving to another hosting

  I did not take backup of the my wordpress blog before moving to another hosting company & have lost my blog. Is there a way to recover my blog ?

  http://your5800.wordpress.com/ still has all your content. Just log in at http://your5800.wordpress.com/wp-admin and go to Tools->Export to create a backup.
