I did not want to cancel

    Hello! I received a cancellation notice that my subscription was cancelled. However, I never wanted or asked to cancel. How can I restore your services?

    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    It looks like your Jetpack plan expired December 7 when it wasn’t renewed, but you purchased a new plan today.

    Are you still having any trouble with this?

    Thank you for your help. I was surprised that it auto canceled. But I have a feeling it auto canceled because they are not offering the same product/pricing that I had for the last 3 years. And they wanted to decide on another plan they are offering. :)
