It looks like your Jetpack plan expired December 7 when it wasn’t renewed, but you purchased a new plan today.

Thank you for your help. I was surprised that it auto canceled. But I have a feeling it auto canceled because they are not offering the same product/pricing that I had for the last 3 years. And they wanted to decide on another plan they are offering. :)
