  Hello,

  I received an e-mail saying that I requested to delete my domain, but I didn’t do that!
  Please can you undo this?

  Hi there!

  I can see that the subscription for aboyandhisbutter.com has been refunded, so to restore the domain, we’d need you to pay the registration fee again.

  I went ahead and sent out the link to the patent via email. Once you’ve done that, we’ll restore the domain to your account. From there, you’ll be able to follow this guide to transfer the domain away:

  Hi,

  Will my domain be marked as brand new? Because it says I can only transfer the domain if it’s 60 days old.

  Also, can you send the payment link in GBP currency? And is there somewhere I can enter a coupon code?

  Also, I refunded my renewal because I wanted to transfer the domain to a different host. I didn’t ask for the entire domain to be canceled. I still had some time remaining (until 7 May).

  I had another look at your account, and since you want to transfer your domain away from WordPress.com, there’s no need to renew it for the whole year; your domain wouldn’t expire until May.
