I didn’t get a full refund

    I paid $96 for the explorer plan, and when I cancelled it, I only got $84 back. Why is that?

    Hi there!

    I just checked your account and noticed that you have the domain registration active for barkersandcharmers.com. The $12 was kept as the domain registration fee. If you wish, you can use the domain with another hosting. You don’t have to cancel it. But if you don’t want the domain anymore, you can cancel it within 96 hours to get a full refund.
