I didn't get what I paid for (at all) and I'm pretty frustrated.

I had this blog I set up, but forgot about. I only noticed I had it because it renewed. It charged my $26. I have these three items listed on my receipt:
Domain registration(new purchase)
clearoutlines.com
$5.00
Domain mapping(new purchase)
clearoutlines.com
$13.00
Private registration(new purchase)
clearoutlines.com
$8.00but when I go to my website it tells me the domain isn’t mapped. Overall, I would rate my experience using WordPress.com 1/10. It let me put a blog on the internet, but the user interface is utterly and irrevocably confusing because it’s fragmented for no practical reason into having the same inputs in two places everywhere, causing massive confusion between whatever WordPress.com is and whatever the admin panel is.
I realize I can’t get my money back, but I paid for a domain name registration and I want what I paid for. Maybe I’ll start using it and decide I like it enough to keep using it next year, but fundamentally this has been such an awful experience that I basically wouldn’t recommend it to anyone under any circumstances.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The other thing is, I am now a paying customer. I have paid you for a product. I have not received that product. As far as I can tell, I have no way to contact services to redeem the products I was charged for. Instead of being given a way to wait for service, I’m being asked to write a post on a forum, and I’m seeing that these posts aren’t going answered. I want what I paid for.

It just says “Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain. ” but then doesn’t even direct me to “Domain Upgrades” and there is NOT anything called “Domain Upgrades” on the page that page logs me into.

Hi @jaymounes, our records say you renewed on September 1st. Your upgrades worked until you cancelled today.
Do you want us to try to retrieve your domain name for you? If you leave it cancelled, it won’t be released for re-purchase anytime soon, so if you want it back we’ll need to contact the registrar to have it reactivated.

@jaymounes our records say you did, and it was past the 30 day refund time too. But I’ll reach out to the registrar and see if we can get the domain back for you.
-
@jaymounes I’m still working with the registry to confirm, but I think we’ve got your domain activated again. I can see the site at https://clearoutlines.com/ .
To be sure you don’t accidentally cancel it again, can you let us know what you tried to do on the 10th before getting in touch with us?
-
I’ve confirmed it’s active now. Please get in touch so we can help you avoid accidentally canceling it again, since it does take time to get a cancelled domain back.
