I still didn’t receive refund from cancelled domain and personal upgrade. Two weeks passed by and still nothing. What is happening?

It looks like the refund was processed as a reversal.
This means the refund was issued before the original charge settled with the bank, so the original charge should have simply disappeared from your bank statement without a refund being issued.
Please check your statement to see if the original issue is still there, and in case of doubts, reach out to your bank for more details. -

Yes, the original issue is still there ( it’s showed as unexpected expenses, i have e-banking app so i can check bank-statement anytime ), and i’m still waiting for the refund.
