I did't received my refund

    I have cancelled my premium upgrade on Feb 23 but I did’t received any refund till now!
    Please let know what I should do.

    It looks like the mapping portion of your plan was never refunded – I just did that now – but the rest of your refund was definitely processed on 23 February. You can view a receipt for the refund here:

    If it’s not reflecting in your account yet there might be a problem with processing it on your bank’s end. Please follow up with them directly about this.

    Hi there,

    I have checked with my bank, but nothing is shown in my bank statement neither with the process.

    Tell me what I should do? what documents you want to to provide you with??

  • Have you contacted your bank to ask if they are still processing it? If they are, it won’t show in your statement.

    As I said, the refund is processed on our end. We don’t have your money any more. If it’s not in your account it’s a problem between the bank and our payment processor. Please contact your bank and give them the transaction ID that appears in your refund receipt so they can follow up on it.
