    I do but I don’t you stopped my site Namecheap EasyWP issue — Ukraine

    I am so upset. After creting my charity website I paid Namecheap and WordPress for Hosting the same site diabetesretreats.com. Now I have neither. Having paid twice last year and one this year Namecheap is all I wanted since buying yours had not improved the hosting.They claim I did not have a working cc and I am on the US side of their war in Ukraine. How do I get a copy of my receipt from them to you to stop the ridiculous claims I had ot paid. I paid three times now. and the site is down.

    Can you please restore it, or atleast tell me how I can get it done. if I have done it twice or if had done it 15 times, they say my woring cc did not work for them. I have a receipt

    I am really sorry that you are dealing with this issue. diabetesretreats.com is indeed hosted with Namecheap and not with us here at WordPress.com, so you will need to reach out back to them in regards to receiving a receipt.

    We cannot help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with Namecheap on a separate host, and we cannot take a closer look.
