  There is another site, called https://johnslazarus.wordpress.com, which a company set up for me many years ago. It is now obsolete and I want it taken down. I cannot find the company and I have no access to the website. I know that you don’t offer phone support, but I need to exchange texts with a LIVE HUMAN PERSON.
