I do not receive a confirmation email for the cancellation of my upgrade.

    I accidentally purchased an upgrade for both of my blogs, and I only wanted one. It says I should receive an automatic confirmation email with a link that will allow me to cancel my upgrade subscription, but despite canceling the subscription, I have not received the confirmation email. I have tried several times and routinely check my spam inbox, but it’s still nowhere to be found. I’m getting quite frustrated, because $99 is a lot of money to me right now. I have already posted this question to WordPress privately, but it’s gone unanswered for more than 24 hours now and I’m getting worried that I won’t get a response. Anyone else ever experience this problem?
