I don’t accept the fact that wordpress does not allow phone support. I need a wordpress professional to help with my website.

    I want a professional WordPress website designer/engineer. Not an unsupported phone support ability and deliberate intentional non-direct assistance. Customers DO NOT appreciate getting controlled and/or managed with no support as the result of refusal by a company which should be helping.

    What do all of you all think?

    Wordpress.com doesn’t offer phone support. If you upgraded to a paid plan, you are entitled to Live Chat and email support. If you stayed on the Free Plan, you can get help for technical problem on this public forum.
    Wordpress.com is a hosting company and offers several formulas on the wordpress.com platform.
