I don’t get my refunds.

  I did the refund proccess but on my monthly check i do get bills FOR NOT USED SUBSCRIPTION.

  We refunded you $96 for that site on 12 May 2019. You can view a receipt for that refund here:

  If you don’t see those funds in your bank account yet, please follow up with your bank directly, as we have no control over how long they take to process a refund on their end after we issue it.
