While plugins are common on self hosted WordPress sites, due to security concerns, they are not available on WordPress.com. There is more info regarding WordPress.com and plugins here:
However, we do have several built-in features that were inspired by many popular plugins. You might find what you want by searching for it at http://en.support.wordpress.com/
What feature are you looking to add with a plugin?
Also, for more information on the differences between WordPress.com and self-hosted WordPress sites, please see:
Please let me know if you have further questions or if anything is unclear.

Awesome! Thanks for your Reply… Whats I’m trying to do is quite simple.
“Want to Add a Sign-up Link/Tool” on my Blog/Site using my MailChimp Tool.Educate/Guide me!

If you want to use MailChimp with your WordPress.com site now you can do so by creating a link to the signup form on MailChimp. Here’s the info from MailChimp Support http://kb.mailchimp.com/article/how-to-add-a-mailchimp-signup-form-to-your-wordpress-blog
There is no way to directly embed the form itself on a WordPress.com site.

I've created the form but they suggest to paste the code on my Blog/Site but not sure where on my site/blog (WordPress) I paste it! Sounds simple/silly but frustrating despite my Premium Membership.
I also want to know if as a premium subscriber I have an email account under my site name (Lead2Succeed.me).

You could paste it in a text widget on your sidebar or a static page. That is what most people do.

Regarding email. There are two email options on WordPress.com:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/add-email/
or
http://en.support.wordpress.com/email-forwarding/
Take a look through those pages and let me know if you have any further questions. I’ll be happy to help.

HI There:
So many features/ tools I’m looking for to enrich my site are “Plugins’ and I don’t see any Plugin option on the Admin Tools for me.
I was told you got rid-off Plug-ins as you have Widgets now… but since I don’t see any alternate and your website keep on giving me results to download various options to upload through my Plugin feature I am confused and frustrated.
I have a premium account and need your little help/navigation here…Thanks in advance,
Bhoja -
If you are seeing suggestions for using a plugin with a WordPress site, those instructions are referring to a self-hosted WordPress site using the software available on WordPress.org.
WordPress.com sites do not have the option of using plugins. If plugins are important for your site, you will need to make the switch to a self hosted WordPress site.
