  Hi,
  This is not the first time you charge me. I don’t have any website with you, I would like to have a refund.
  I don’t know why I was charged and I don’t want to know. I just want to close my account with you and have my money back.

  I’m not going to put my credit card information to be able to know why I was charged. Again, I don’t want to know why I was charged, I just want to stop everything.

  Please send me an official confirmation and close my account.
