I dont have access to the administrator part of my blog

  My blog is coming up when the address is typed in but it doesnt allow me access to the administrator tools. I am not sure why it does not recognize me as an administrator.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are you logged in as the account that created the base blog?
