I don't have my refund of 73$.

    I asked for a refund one week ago. And it doesn’t appear in my account. But you already took the difference of the 99$ and 73$, from my account. When is going to appear my money? You told me it would be in 7 days. Well, today is the day number 7 and I still don’t have my money back, my refund.
