I dont know where to start!

    Hi,
    My site: http://www.digitalizemenow.com was in redemption. I paid for this. I got a notification it was back online from wordpress staff.

    2 days after this my email is down again. I call Blacknight my hosting company and they said that my namservers where changed from Blacknight to Go Daddy and neither myself or them can change them back!!! Apparently someone in WordPress changed the nameservers for the domain to Go Daddy! Can someone please explain why this happened?
    Also I just checked my wordpress.com log in details and my main website is:
    websitetest285.wordpress.com
    and not http://www.digitalizemenow.com

    Ok – so why has this changed now?

    I went into redemption last year and none of this happened after I paid my bill!

    What I need?
    The name servers to be changed back to what they where with Blacknight and an explanation to why they were changed over after I paid my bill without my permission to another hosting company.
