I dont know why I cant whitelist my ip address

  This is an emergency. I installed a ssl certificate with cloudflare. Now it says Jetpack has blocked you from your website. It says to put my email adrress which I do but nothing happens and I never get an email. When I go to my wordpress account for some reason I cant whitelist my ip address. Im the owner of the website I didnt give permission to anyone.
