    I would love to have a fresh start to my site but I’m not prepared to have 2 separate profiles out in the world. One is plenty. How I got this account, I’m not sure but can you combine it with my other account or how does this work?

    What is the other account you have? It’s not really possible to merge two different accounts, but once we know more, we can advise some alternatives, like migrating one of the sites to the account you’d like to keep.
