    To get help with that, please reach out to your hosting provider.

    i am trying to login to my website using wordpress app and wordpress.com

    i chose to use SMS for verification but when i try to login i don’t receive any code

    Hi there,

    You mentioned that you had to create a new account to ask this question. Can you let us know the URL of the site you are trying to access? I see that sh8adat.com is connected to this account, but I’m wondering do you need help with a different site? Thanks for the additional info!

    yes it is my website
    it was connected to the user sh8adat
    i tried to login to wordpress.com and wordpress app but i could not
    i had to create a new account disconnected my previous account from my wp-admin
    i only need to login my old account “sh8adat” using SMS verification to the same
    registered mobile number without changing anything

    To clarify, sh8adat is a separate account that you also log in under, yes?

    We are not able to help here in the support forums, as verifying account ownership requires us to ask you to provide info that is best not shared in this public venue.

    This will send all the info you have to our account recovery team, and from there they will contact you directly to assist you in regaining access to that account.

    Note: If you do not have the proofs asked for in that form, you can choose the Transaction ID and enter a random string of numbers to allow you to send the form.

    looks like WordPress doesn’t have a valid SMS subscription with any SMS provider
