I don’t understand why my site won’t load? Please help!!!

    Hi! I’m having a lot of issues with my site. I’ve been using WordPress for years for my personal website. The site itself is down, and I can’t try and install a new theme or do anything with Jetpack or even see any of my posts without getting an error. It is really frustrating there is no customer support number to call for paying customers.

    Hi there,

    Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com and you don’t have any subscriptions on WordPress.com from this account. The site at kristinjaspers.com is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and is hosted by GoDaddy.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on WordPress.com.
