I don’t want a site. I just want to be able to comment.

  I don’t want a site. All I want to be able to do is comment on a site that I’m following. Can’t I just comment on a blog site that I’m following, and interact with this blog site, without having to have a site of my own?

  Hi there,

  There is no setting on WordPress.com comments that require you to have a site in order to comment.

  Site owners can specify whether or not you must be logged into a WordPress.com account or not before you can comment, or whether you just need to enter a valid email address, but that’s in the control of site owners, not ours.
