I don't want an upgrade

    Dear Sir or Madam,
    I tried your premium test version for two weeks and decided not to upgrade. I cancelled the upgrade in time and today I received a billing email. I will NOT pay this.
    I cancelled it and I also answered your question why I want to cancel. I think it is too expensive for the small amount of extras you get. Today I tried to cancel it again, because I got your mail, that something went wrong. When I tried to, there was the information, that something does not work and i should contact the support.
    I want you to stop my premium upgrade immediately. Please contact me as soon as possible.

    Hi there,

    You successfully cancelled the Premium upgrade, and your upgrade payment was refunded. You can view a refund receipt on your Billing History page.

    Please note that it may take up to a week for this refund to appear on your bank statement.
