That site and upgrade belong to the user, ebusinesshair. You’ll need to log in as that user to cancel the upgrade.

ballongenno.wordpress.com does not belong to you. It belongs to ebusinesshair, as I said above.
You need to log in as the ebusinesshair account before you’ll be able to cancel this upgrade.

Then you need to log out of the ama57 account and log in as the ebusinesshari account. When you do that you’ll see the upgrade on your Purchases page and you’ll be able to cancel it.
But you won’t see it as long as you’re logged into an account that doesn’t own the upgrade, and I cannot cancel it as your request just because you say you own both accounts.
