  I emptied my blog and I am wondering is there a way to re-post my posts?is there a recycle bin where I or you can find them.Thank you

  There is. You might be able to find the posts there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/

  If not, and your blog was old enough to be listed in search engines, I recommend using Yahoo or Bing cache to copy your old posts so you can just paste them back in.
