I get an email that I need to renew my domain but when I log in I cannot see my domain

    I got an email I need to renew my domain, but when I log in I cannot see my domain. I need help figuring this out because my domain expires in 5 days, and I have peole going to my site spending money and bying thigs from me every day. If my siet is down it means a loss.

    Hi there!

    If you’re not seeing the domain after logging in, it means you are logging in to a different account. For example, I don’t see any domains connected to the account you are logged in to. Please check the email you received to renew your domain and check which email address the email was sent to.

    Then log in to your WordPress.com account using that email address (or reset the password here) → go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases after logging in and you will see the domain and any other subscriptions to renew.
