I get an error when trying to play uploaded/embedded videos

  When trying to play my uploaded/embedded videos, I get the following error: “Service Error: There was a problem getting the configuration information. Please try again later.” This has been true for more than an hour across multiple devices. The older of the two videos played fine previously and I only noticed a problem with it after getting the error on the newer video I uploaded today.

  Hi there, we had a temporary glitch in the VideoPress service, but it has been resolved. You should now be able to play uploaded and embedded videos without getting an error. Can you please let me know if you are still having trouble with this? Thanks!
