I get “The editor has encountered an unexpected error.” any page in any theme

  When into page editor and click on the three dots in the top right I get “The editor has encountered an unexpected error.” I’ve tried switch themes, it didn’t work and then switching back, it still didn’t work.
  
  “Copy error” gives this
