I got charged for my free trial!

  Why did I get charged for a free trial?

  I signed up last night and I have already seen the charge on my credit card. I thought it was supposed to be charged at the end of the 14 day trial period.

  It looks like a refund has been processed for this transaction. I will assume that the issue is resolved unless I hear otherwise from you.
