I had a site built on WordPress

    And now my hosting site is Gabi Nd problems with speed and I have no way of contacting them as I’m not sure they are in business any longer. I need to transfer to a new hosting site however I can’t get my site to load and send a new password reset email so I can have a new host company transfer my website

    I’m afraid we can’t help with this. We can only help with sites that are hosted with us on WordPress.com, like your site at http://mbstyleloft.wordpress.com/

    We can give you the steps to migrate content from another site to your WordPress.com site, but we have no way to help you regain access to the other site, as that site is not on our servers and we don’t have any control over it.

    The hosting provider for your other site is the only people who can help you with this.
