I had a site but it wasn’t opening

  previously I had a site which I used, after that it had expired then again I had renewal the site. but now it wasn’t showing the dashboard on any information . I was asking me to create a website .

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  Do you know the address of the site you previously had? Can you share the address so that we can look it up? As of now, there are no WordPress.com sites on this account. I checked and this account has no payment history either, meaning if you had paid for the site, it was on a different account.

  We can look it up on our end but we’ll need the site address. Please let us know and we’ll dig further.
