    I need this canceled and my money back please. I have bills coming up and can not afford this, I had no idea this was a thing and was very surprised to find myself charged for $96 dollars this morning. Please help.

    The account you’re using to post here has never bought anything from us, and we don’t even have a credit card on file for you, so there’s no way we could have charged you.

    If you’ve received a charge from us, it’s for a site in a completely different account.
