  I’m not sure why I have 3 different sites with same name. I only want one and would like it to be treasuresoftruth.wordpress.com
  also I would like to use the Theme Hemmingway Rewritten but cant find in the the Themes selection

  You can delete any undesired site by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/

  As for Hemingway Rewritten, you can switch to it from https://wordpress.com/theme/hemingway-rewritten
