I have a blog but I want a website

  I have a blog but i want a website, I recently brought a domain name and site hosting and then attempted mapping with wordpress,(still waiting for that to activate) However my ‘website’ is a blog not a website. How do i change this?

  Sorry so new to this!

  Hi there!

  Here at WordPress.com, the words ‘website’ and ‘blog’ can be used fairly interchangeably. The only real difference is how you set up your site. We have some tips on making your default blog look like a professional website here:
