Hi there,
Please use the following tool to determine if the charge is from WordPress.com:
On that page, you’ll also find a link to contact our Billing team directly.

Hi –
The $70 charge on Jan 14th is for a domain registration for a blog at “charliev.blog” but I don’t use this, and wanted to cancel.
How can I do that?
Thanks!
Charlie

Hi Charlie,
The account you’re using to post here,
cvestnerfafe0ed1a2, does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com – it was only created three days ago.charliev.blog belongs to a completely different WordPress.com account, and we can only cancel it at the request of that account.
Please log into the WordPress.com account that you’d used to register that domain and comment here as that account, and we can help you with this.
If you don’t remember the login details for your other account, please follow our recovery steps here:
Once you’ve regained access to the account, we can help you cancel the domain.
However, it is not possible for us to refund a payment made in January – the refund period for domain payments is 48 hours, and for other upgrades 30 days. In some cases we can issue late refunds, but only up to a certain point, and this payment is long past that. We literally no longer have the option of refunding, as our payment processor doesn’t allow us to refund payments beyond a certain age.
