    Hi, I have a custom domain name and elementor pro and astra pro, but can’t seem to get anything hooked up on this wordpress site

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    You can’t use third party plugins and themes on the wordpress;com platform unless you upgrade to the Business Plan. Once you have a Business Plan, you can connect your custom domain to your site.
