I saw that your site is in Hebrew, so I assume you cater to an Israeli audience, at least in part. If that is the case, the server’s location could affect your site’s speed to some degree.

The theme shouldn’t affect the content – only the site design. The Import tool is available if you don’t want to lose the articles you’ve created over the years.
You are free to change the categories to match your new structure (even when you use the Import tool), but please note that it may modify the URL, and you mentioned you have links to your content around the web.

Our stance on this has not changed, and we feel you would be better served finding a different hosting provider in this case.
