I have a problem accessing notifications feature.

  The notifications button shows either a red star or balloon but when I click on it all I get is a never-ending countdown timer. This is becoming increasingly more annoying as time goes on.

  Hi there, I was able to see your notifications, so here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

  Could you please try a different browser, like Chrome, and let me know if you can open your notifications?

  If it works in another browser, could you please try clearing your Firefox cache?Browser Issues

  If that doesn’t work, could you please try turning off all your Firefox and restarting the browser? Here are instructions for doing that:

  http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/disable-or-remove-add-ons

  If the notifications work with extensions disabled, you can try reactivating them one-by-one to find the culprit that’s interfering.
