Can I really have it all?
I started a local cleaning company, and now I need a site. I’m on a budget and building it myself. I have a clear vision.
I know I’d like a Call Now, Book Now dropdown that stays at the top of every page.
I will need a welcome, about, and reviews page. Multiple services pages with details, pictures, and pricing, each with a cart/create account. Once accounts are created customers will have a login with their own account page. This is where they can see their visit history, make payments, schedule visits, and leave reviews.
After that, I need to make a separate login for employees to see their employee page. This needs to show pending jobs, addresses, and maps. It would also be helpful for employees to track mileage, upload receipts, and completion photos. They need to have a schedule section, where they can see current shifts, a place for requesting time off, and requesting shift swaps.
Once that’s all done, I need a way to securely manage it. I need admin login to keep customer and employee records, accept and assign jobs, reply to employee shift requests, track completed jobs, and so much more as we grow. I also need a secure space to communicate with customers, request reviews, post specials, etc.
I’d like most of this to be automated to a degree.
Any ideas on what would fit my needs best?
